(1899 — 1950)

He taught mathematics at the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
In July 1941 he was evacuated to the city of Tashkent. In 1944 he returned to Kyiv.
In 1946 the family moved to Lviv, where he was appointed head of the Department of Higher Mathematics at the Lviv Technological Institute of Building Materials.
Father of Dmytro Hlibovych Khliebnikov.
