The idea for this website came long ago, and the need was felt every time we gathered to go to Lychakiv Cemetery to honour the memory of mathematicians — we always had to remember who was buried where.
First of all, we want to collect information about the burials of mathematicians whose lives and work are connected with Lviv. But thinking about the structure of the page, we realised it would be interesting to gather information about all Ukrainian mathematicians.
